i)Total registration of JNVST forms will be increased form 2214 to 3000. ii)Following steps will be taken up for the same:- a)Publicity will be given up three or four times in News papers and Radio media - Raipur & Bilaspur Radio station. b)Posters and pamphlets, handbills will be prepared and fixed & distributed in each Block. c)Target will be fixed for each BEO, and each primary schools of the district. d)Astt. Commissioner Tribal Department and coordinator Rajeev Gandhi Shiksha Mission will be contacted for suitable action to increase registration. e)Principal or some senior teacher will attend the meetings of Headmasters and Principals in different Blocks. f)Teachers and office staff will be deputed for each block to make publicity in markets, melas primary schools & villages. g)Two application forms will be dispatched to the sarpanchs of remote villages with motivating letters. h)Likewise two application forms will be posted to the head masters of remote villages of the blocks where registration could not be received last year. i)Our parents will also be given application forms when they visit the Vidyalaya to meet their wards. j)Follow up action will also be taken up to ensure registration from BEOs. k)DEO will be requested to write letters for suitable action at his end. ADMISSION OF CLASS – VI 1.Result of selected students will be published on MAY-2008 in all local newspaper. 2.Letters will be dispatched on 22nd may to the selected candidates. 3.One batch of 40 will be called on 2nd July and another batch of 40, on 3rd July. 4.Second call letters be dispatched on 4th July 2008 giving a date for 17thJuly 2008. 5.Third call letters be dispatched on 18th to give 28th July. 6.Letter for waiting list will be sent on 30th July to CBSE New Delhi. 7.Introduction and welcome day =2nd Aug. in Morning Assembly or evening assembly. 8.Post admission test from 6th to 10th Aug. for Maths , Hindi , Science, Social Science and English out of 25 marks each. 9.Preparation of Socio–Economic data at the time of admission. 10.Psychological test to know the entry behavior of the children. 11.Visit to their Homes –Each subjects teacher will be allotted 5-6 students to visit their homes in July & August and prepare a detailed report on their house life, family members etc. to submit to the Principal with a discussion for follow up action. 12.Details of chromic diseases or abnormal behavior if any will be record by HMs & class teacher. 13. Counseling of all class VI students particularly by adjusting students. 14.Admission of waiting listers will be completed timly before August 2008. 15.Visit of Principal & Vice Principal to their classes once in a week in July and once in a fortnight from August onward.
